What services do you provide?

We provide repair and maintenance services for all types of bikes. We also offer bike consignment, bike workshop classes, bike workstations and pick-up & delivery service.

How do I schedule an appointment for service?

What types of bikes do you service?

All types of bikes, including electric bikes!

How long does a typical repair or service take?

All dependent on the type of service you need and parts availability, but on average services take between 24 - 72 hours.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day service appointments are possible, dependent on schedule & availability. Feel free to contact us via phone or text message to inquire.

Can you replace bike components or upgrade parts?

Absolutely, but please note that certain parts require more lead time, as we may need to do a special order dependent on the part. Please contact us to inquire about parts.

Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

Yes, we will happily pick it up and transport it to our shop, as well as bring it back to you - click HERE for more information.

How often should I have my bike serviced?

As a general rule of thumb, consider a service every 500 - 750 miles or every 3 - 5 months, all dependent on your type of riding, terrain, etc. However, if you have issues (e.g. brakes are not working properly), then you should schedule your service immediately. With regard to electric bikes, brake adjustments and/or replacement of pads are more frequent - typically on a quarterly basis.
